MARTINSTOWN HOLISTIC CENTRE
The Martinstown Centre nestles in the Kildare country side on a farm and is a place of great peace and tranquillity .The ‘Saoicht Arsa’ Therapy Building, which means ‘Ancient Wisdom’, is the Centre of Healing. It is a very old renovated stone building converted into various workshop rooms, therapy rooms and self-catering accommodation for up to 12 people (accommodation opening May 08). The Centre has a resting area for coffee breaks, lunches and quiet time. A local health food Café supplies freshly prepared lunches for people attending course at the Centre.
The gardens are beautifully kept and offer space for individuals to wander and have time for reflection. A significant feature of the grounds is a large ash tree which has been here for over two hundred years.
Martinstown is located in the heart of farming and the horse industry in the Curragh, Co. Kildare. The Centre is readily accessible from the M7 and M9 motorways, the main motor way heading south from Dublin.
