Sinead & Peter, Founders of the Centre, have created a special place for healing and learning, providing a place of non judgement, compassion and support in the heart of the Curragh in Co. Kildare.

Sinead is a fully qualified Kinesiologist energy therapist and Instructor of Reiki and Seichem Mastership,
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Kinesiology Touch for Health and Journey Inwards. She is also a Qualified
Aromatherapist and qualified in Rebirthing and Cellular Healing.

Sinead & Peter believe that the individual can be empowered to heal themselves and they shared a vision of bringing together a team of Therapists at the centre who shared this same vision and their high standards.

The Centre is on family farmland in the heart of the Kildare countryside. Even the location is perfect, by the time you turn off the busy motorway and meander a few miles through country roads bordered with hedges and trees, you will have unwound and be ready to embrace one of the range of holistic therapies available here.

Martinstown Holistic Centre supports the achievement of real health by approaching the healing of the body
holistically and seeing the individual as a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being.

‘Saiocht Arsa’ meaning Ancient Wisdom is the name of the 200 year old stone courtyard building and like any building it only comes alive when it reflects those who occupy it and Sinead Sugrue is truly the heart, body, mind and soul of this centre. Just meeting Sinead will make you feel better when you recognise the spirituality and complete passion she has for helping people.

After your treatment or class before you depart this wonderful place, it is nice to take a stroll outside by the rolling fields and absorb the peace and quiet. See why the big old Ash tree has lived here happily for so long! Reluctantly, head back to the bustling motorway and everyday life. But knowing you, yourself, are in a better happier place.
